Group Training Sessions £45:

Unsure about 1 to 1 private tuition & training or worried about the cost adding up why not spread the cost and come with a friend or two encourage each other, push each other and share the enjoyment:

  • 60 minute group training £45 (Max 3 people)

8 Week Programme  £125 – includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss aims & goals

  • 8 week training programme cards tailored to your inclusive of cardio workouts

  • Nutritional guidance and advice & recommended calorie intake

  • 3 x 45 minute 1 to 1 PT sessions (weeks 2, 4 & 6)

  • Bi-Weekly catch up call / facetime / skype

  • Weeks 4 & 8 review & next step options

12 Week Programme  £175  – includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss aims & goals

  • 8 week training programme cards tailored to your inclusive of cardio workouts

  • Nutritional guidance and advice & recommended calorie intake

  • 5 x 45 minute 1 to 1 PT sessions (weeks 2, 4, 6, 8 & 10)

  • BI-Weekly catch up call / facetime / skype

  • Weeks 4, 8 &12 review & next step options

** All 4, 8 & 12 week packages will give you access to My PT Hub where you can update & track your progress through body measurements and pictures, you can track your nutrition had have full access to all of your training programmes to follow step by step. The APP will also act as your calendar so you don't miss the all important 1-2-1 training sessions**
